We do a pre-inspection and present a detailed assessment report with our findings. If selected through the process of objective analysis, we proceed with negotiations on your behalf or alternately represent you at an auction, if required

We will work closely with the sales agent, solicitors and other due-dilligence teams (building and pest inspectors etc) facilitating a smooth settlement for your property, from the exchange of contracts to you recieving the keys

We generally do not have an expiry date on our will to assist you in finding the right property matching your needs. However, we have observed almost 95% of our customers exchange contracts within 3 months of signing up with us

We don’t recieve any commissions from any sales agents or developers. We are a full service buyers agency, not a marketing company

It’s not uncommon for our clients to look up something on the market and refer it to us asking for our feedback. We then take over the process of evaluation and negotiation for the client.

However, while you are in an exclusive agreement with us, we expect you to honour the agreement and only work with us during the term of the agreement
